The private suite has its own private driveway, private entry and private gated backyard. Please Note: Our landscaper make weekly visits to front and backyard on Wednesday mornings. To ensure the best experience for our guests, certain amenities and services may include modest additional charges. We strive to keep these costs minimal. * ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE ABOVE 9 - $20/per person per night * PET CLEAN UP $100 fine if evidence of pets in Tampa Grande * WE DON'T TAKE THIS LIGHTLY... $500 fine if evidence of smoking inside Tampa Grande. Please use provided ashtray outside for smoking.. * Please note that depending on circumstances, violation of house rules, or damages leading to necessity to replace or repair property, could lead to additional fees or termination without refund.
